Parents are people is not just a title, it’s an acknowledgement, it is a reminder, it is a concept, it is a mantra, it is a protest. It is acknowledgement that parents are whole, multifaceted, and imperfect people. It is a reminder that parents, like all people, need support. It is a concept for thinking of new ways to approach parenting. It is a protest for parents fighting for the needs of their family. 

 

Our mission is to end the passing of generational trauma by providing support, education, and sharing ideas that provoke thoughtful, positive changes in families from a place of empathy and understanding. 

 

Our vision is to empower parents with the tools they need to parent confidently and with love.
